Free Shipping to All EU Countries
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping to all European Union member states. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.
Delivery Time Frames
Within Italy
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days from order confirmation
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (additional fees apply)
Other EU Countries
- Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days from order confirmation
- Express Delivery: 3-7 business days (additional fees apply)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and an estimated delivery date. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable logistics companies that specialize in furniture delivery to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
White Glove Delivery Service
For customers who prefer a premium delivery experience, we offer an optional White Glove Delivery Service for an additional fee. This service includes:
- Scheduled Delivery: Choose a delivery date and time window that works for you
- Room of Choice Delivery: Our team will deliver the furniture directly to the room where you want it placed
- Unpacking and Assembly: Professional assembly of your furniture (if required)
- Packaging Removal: We will remove and dispose of all packaging materials

Delivery Requirements
- Access: Please ensure that there is adequate access to your delivery location. If special equipment (such as a crane or lift) is needed due to narrow staircases or other access issues, additional fees may apply.
- Presence Required: Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment. If no one is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the item at a local depot (additional fees may apply).
- Inspection: Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your furniture. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product:
- Report Immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- Do Not Discard Packaging: Keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Return shipping (if necessary) will be covered by SENEER 22.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the European Union.
- Some remote or island locations may incur additional shipping fees or extended delivery times. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
- Custom-made or personalized furniture may have longer production and shipping times. You will be informed of the estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.
Customs and Duties
For shipments within the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes. All prices on our website are final and include applicable VAT.
